What it actually does
We take a small sample of your blood and separate out the platelet-rich plasma — the fraction rich in the growth factors your body already uses to repair itself. That plasma is then used across the treatment area to support skin renewal, or as part of a scalp and hair-restoration plan.
Because it comes from you, there is nothing foreign introduced. It is a support to a plan rather than a one-off fix, and it works best alongside the rest of your program.
What to expect
A blood draw, a short preparation, then the treatment. Expect mild redness — and occasionally light bruising — for a day or two. Results build gradually over a course rather than appearing after a single session.
Before we treat
We screen your history at consultation. Some medications and blood conditions make PRP unsuitable, and we would rather find that out before your appointment than on the day.
