Before-and-after imagery is the easiest thing in this industry to fake and the hardest to trust. Here is the standard every image on this site has to meet before it is published.
Written consent, per image
Specific, revocable, and on file. A signed treatment form is not consent to publish a photograph.
Identical capture conditions
Same lighting, same distance, same lens, same angle. A flattering second photo is not a result.
No retouching, ever
No smoothing, no colour grading, no filters. If it needed editing it does not go up.
Dated and attributed
Every pair carries the treatment, the number of sessions and the interval between the two photographs.

Skin type, age, sun exposure, hormones and how closely aftercare is followed all change the outcome. A photograph shows what happened to one person. Your clinician will tell you, at consultation, what is realistic for you — including when the honest answer is "less than you are hoping for".
